Job summary

Caribou Coffee Maple Grove is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker to accurately process orders using RF systems, pick and pack items for stores and commercial accounts, and maintain inventory accuracy.<\/p>

You will work in first or second shifts, follow safety procedures, operate equipment, and comply with food safety and government regulations while supporting a safe, efficient warehouse environment.<\/p>

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fill orders for stores and commercial accounts and pack items to prevent damage.
• Use RF systems to issue, receive, pick and transfer product for inventory accuracy.
• Fill out manifest and bill of ladings for shipment tracking.
• Maintain safety procedures and a clean work environment.
• Operate manual and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to Government Regulatory requirements and restock as needed.

Shifts Available:

First shift position (Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm).

Second shift position (Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 9:00pm).

Position Overview:

Responsible to accurately process orders using RF system. Maintain set work standard for picking orders. Identify product and correct unit of measure. Understand all safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill orders for stores and commercial accounts, ensuring that all available items ordered/requested are supplied and properly packed to prevent damage.
• Use computer software and Radio Frequency (RF) systems to issue, receive, pick and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.
• Fill out manifest and bill of ladings for tracking of shipments as required.
• Responsible for completing required training, understanding, and complying with all Food Safety and related programs.
• Maintain set work standards for picking orders.
• Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.
• Identify and select product and correct unit of measure.
• Understand all safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Compliance with all Government Regulatory requirements.
• Other Warehouse activities as assigned.
• Maintain satisfactory attendance.
• Compliance with all Government Regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred:

• At least 1 year of general warehouse experience.

Physical Requirements:

The physical requirements for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements must be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodation.

The physical requirements for this position are hearing, speaking, seeing, bending and reaching in addition to the following:

• lifting up to 55 pounds,
• infrequently lifting up to 80 pounds
• being able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours/day
• occasionally working up to 10 hours/day

Compensation Range:

$14.71 - $24.52 per hour

Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.

**Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.

The physical demands for this position are reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical demands may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
