Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Warehouse Team Member for the Cincinnati Distribution Center in Elsmere, KY. You will unload, pick, and load products to support Chick-fil-A restaurants and ensure efficient operations.

Schedule is a 4-day, 10-hour week (Mon-Sat, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM; weekends/holidays may be required). Pay is $22.50 per hour with a rich benefits package including PTO, health options, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow labels, pick lists and scanner prompts.
• English proficiency for safety and documentation.

Responsibilities

Schedule

Monday through Saturday from 7:00AM - 5:30PM until the work is done.

• 4‑Day Workweek (4,10 hour days)
• The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

• Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
• Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
• Communication and Care: Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with.
• Additional Opportunities and Professional Development: Other duties and growth opportunities may also be assigned.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
• Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking): to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus.
