Job summary

Do it Best is hiring for multiple warehouse roles at our Waco, TX distribution center. The team focuses on order filling, shipping, receiving, and stock replenishment, with training for powered equipment and safety at the core.

The opportunity features weekly pay, a day shift from Monday to Friday, and a quarterly bonus, plus retirement contributions and education reimbursements. Growth and safety are emphasized as we support your development.

Qualifications

• Must be able to repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts and operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, and stoop throughout shift

Responsibilities

• Perform order filling, shipping, and receiving duties in a warehouse.
• Operate powered equipment after training and certification (forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks).
• Support stockers and other team members to ensure accurate inventory and timely fulfillment.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $24.58/hr

• Wage dependent on experience, starting from $17.75-$22.60 per hour with regular increases every 180 days

• Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.67 – $1.98 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus

• Regular weekday hours
