McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to promote and maintain warehouse productivity as a direct floor leader. This full-time role at our Fredericksburg, Virginia location offers a 3rd shift, competitive hourly pay, and a benefits package starting at 60 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience.
• Operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Supervisory experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.
