McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader for our warehouse on the 2nd Shift (Tue–Fri, 10am–8:30pm) in Ohio. You will lead floor operations, verify product conditions, pull and pack orders, and coordinate shift staffing while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer literacy. Competitive benefits begin after 60 days, with extensive paid time off and additional perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience and ability to read/write English for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research shortages.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (start of shift, vacations, and sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.
