About the Role

As a Team Lead – Inventory Control at JD Logistics, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, reducing discrepancies, and ensuring efficient stock management. You will lead a team to conduct cycle counts, investigate variances, and collaborate with inbound and outbound teams to optimize inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily inventory control operations, ensuring real-time accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  2. Conduct and supervise cycle counts, audits, and investigations into inventory discrepancies.
  3. Implement and improve inventory tracking processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
  4. Train and mentor inventory personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards.
  5. Work closely with inbound and outbound teams to ensure seamless stock movement and proper documentation.
  6. Identify root causes of inventory issues and recommend process improvements.
  7. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and inventory control procedures.
Qualifications:
  1. 2+ years of warehouse or inventory control experience.
  2. Strong analytical skills with experience using WMS and inventory tracking systems.
  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  4. Leadership experience with the ability to train and guide a team.
