Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment required.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse equipment preferred.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and timely order fulfillment.
• Lead, schedule, and develop warehouse team members.
