Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year prior Team Lead experience preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• 1+ year prior warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience required or preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement efforts for warehouse efficiency.
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for shifts.
• Inspire team members to improve KPI performance using leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and tools to employees to perform jobs.
• Promote health and safety practices in the warehouse.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Complete daily reports and propose actions to improve operations.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $21.00 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred
• One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner advanced required
• Valid forklift operator's license certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize and distribute daily work duties to members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics.
• Inspire and guide team members towards improved Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) using the appropriate leadership styles and methods.
• Assist in proving appropriate orientation for employees and give them the necessary information, technology and tools to perform their jobs.
• Assist with promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
• Deal with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
