UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance in our California facility. This role leads, trains, and develops workgroups while upholding high standards for accuracy, customer service, and organizational effectiveness.

You will foster teamwork, coordinate training, ensure compliance with safety policies, and manage resources to maximize output. Bachelor's degree preferred and management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
