Job summary

AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation in Louisville, KY is seeking a warehouse associate to support distribution services. You will train associates, oversee daily warehouse operations, and help with order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns. Proficiency in equipment like reach trucks and forklifts is valued.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Two (2) or more years of work experience.
• Ability to read and understand English, compare product descriptions and shelf labels.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; detail oriented.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.

Responsibilities

• Train warehouse associates in duties, safety, and SOPs.
• Monitor performance and correct where needed.
• Assist with order filling, receiving, stocking and returns.
• Oversee shipping and general operations (UPS, emergency orders).
• Provide tactical direction and guidance to warehouse staff.
• Manage daily workloads and inventory levels.
• Use RF devices as required and operate material handling equipment.
• Maintain clean work area and adhere to safety and DEA regulations.
