Job summary

AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation is seeking a warehouse operations specialist to support inbound/outbound processes, inventory control, and order fulfillment. The role features a $2,000 sign-on bonus, with starting pay of $24.94/hr and potential to $28.84/hr based on incentives and shift differentials.

The four-day workweek runs Sunday through Thursday with specific start times; the position requires a HS diploma, 3+ years of related experience, and CSCP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or related field.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and order fulfillment.
• Prepare shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and timelines.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitor stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and risks.
• Investigate damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and resolution.
• Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain warehouse visibility.
