Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Min 2 years of experience as Fork Lift Operator.
• Certified Fork Lift Operator.
• Safety awareness and quality consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Following shipment procedures.
• Ensures all shipment procedures are followed in accordance to customer requirements.
• Ensures all ForkLift Operators are trained in procedures and follow them.
• Delegation and Coordination.
• Ensures all Fork Lift Operators know their work responsibilities.
• Proper Training of new hires in areas of inventory knowledge.
• Inventory locations.
• Dock and Fork Lift/Clamp Truck Operations.
• Safety Protocols and golden rules.
• Prints Bills of Lading.
• Ensures good housekeeping within the warehouse.
• Ensures 5s in all warehouse areas.
• Ensures staffing availability and escalates to warehouse supervisor.
• Others as needed and described in standard work.
