Job summary

UPS in San Rafael, CA seeks a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance across workgroups. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and customer service while promoting a cooperative, safety-conscious environment.

You will coach and guide staff, implement personal development plans, and ensure compliant operations with department, station, and local requirements. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Liaisons with personnel at all levels to foster effective leadership.
• Develops relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
