PGW Auto Glass is seeking a Warehouse Lead in the Atlanta area to oversee daily warehouse operations under the Branch Manager. The role combines hands-on leadership with core warehouse duties to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment.

You will coach team members, coordinate daily assignments, enforce safety standards, and assist with inventory control while performing standard warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience in distribution/logistics.
• Ability to lead by example and guide daily operations.
• Strong customer focus with good written and verbal communication.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Attention to detail, organization, and safety awareness.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Able to work independently while supporting team-based operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and oversee daily work assignments to ensure quality, accuracy, and productivity.
• Lead and assist with receiving, storing, handling, and shipping of product, materials, and supplies.
• Coordinate and oversee daily cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Perform and support warehouse functions including order pulling, staging, loading, unloading, stocking, and bin maintenance.
• Supervise warehouse activities such as truck loading/unloading, inventory movement, and restocking.
• Enforce safe work practices and coach team members on material handling and warehouse safety standards.
• Observe work practices to ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new warehouse associates.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve workflow or operational issues.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet deadlines and demands.
• Verify product availability and in-stock status to support sales and customer needs.
• Support shipping and/or receiving operations as assigned.
• Ensure completion of daily warehouse assignments and operational tasks.
• Provide leadership support to supervisors and act as a bridge between management and staff.
• Lead the work of warehouse associates; set priorities, assign work, and review completion.
• Manage daily warehouse operations in absence of Warehouse/General Manager.
