• Supervise, train, develop, and lead workgroups for safety and attendance.
• Set high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service.
• Provide innovative leadership and cross-level collaboration.
• Implement personal development plans for department staff.
• Ensure orientation, training, and proactive coaching for staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies at all times.
