Job summary

United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in a seasonal capacity at our New Jersey facility. You will train staff, ensure policy adherence, and drive productivity with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires strong communication, ability to lift 70 lbs, and experience in a fast-paced warehouse. Bachelor’s degree preferred; management experience is a plus.

• Develop and maintain relationships with staff, management, and customers.

• Provide orientation, skills and safety training; regular evaluations and coaching.
