Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc. is seeking a Lead General Warehouse Associate in Hanover, MD to operate across multiple warehouse functions, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, and replenishment.

You will mentor and train warehouse staff while ensuring accuracy and safety in all processes. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in warehousing, experience leading teams, and proficiency with material handling equipment and inventory systems.

Qualifications

7+ years experience in distribution/warehouse operations.
Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas.
Prior lead/mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

Coach and train warehouse associates on warehousing duties.
Coordinate and prioritize warehousing work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Operate material handling equipment to load/unload, pick, stock, and stage inventory.
Verify and enter product and shipment data into the inventory system.
Serve as back-up for all warehousing functions.
