Job summary

Copeland in El Paso is seeking a Material Handler Team Leader to ensure smooth material flow at the distribution center. You will receive, transport, store, and stage materials, support shipping, and assist with quality checks and inventory control.

You will train colleagues, enforce 5S and safety procedures, prepare shipments (international and domestic), and keep stakeholders updated. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and thriving in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and material handling.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders ship daily according to customer requests.
• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support.
• Load, unload, and transport materials using fork trucks and pallet jacks.
• Train department colleagues on staging, labeling, and shipping procedures.
• Follow Copeland El Paso safety procedures and 5S practices.
• Prepare international and domestic shipments with proper documentation.
