Ryder is immediately hiring a Warehouse Team Lead in Jeffersonville, IN!

Position Details

• Location: Jeffersonville, IN, 47130, USA
• Pay: $24.63/hour, Overtime: $38.45/hour, Additional Pay: $1.00 shift differential
• Schedule: Second Shift, Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• 1+ year previous team lead experience (preferred)
• 1+ year Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Warehouse experience and RF scanner proficiency required
• Valid forklift license
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

1. Lead and improve operational efficiency.
2. Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
3. Organize and assign daily work duties.
4. Motivate and guide team members to meet KPIs.
5. Provide orientation and necessary tools for employees.
6. Promote health and safety practices.
7. Handle paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading.
8. Complete daily reports and suggest improvements.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
