The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a leadership role, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to solve problems under pressure. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree and Lean Six Sigma training are a plus.

• Promote lean principles and process improvements to drive efficiency.

• Meet or exceed corporate safety goals.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and improvements to the team.
• Coach, train and develop associates for growth.
• Conduct annual performance reviews.
