Ideal candidates have leadership experience, familiarity with RF scanners, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Shift is 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with benefits starting after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience as Team Lead preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement for efficient operations.
• Perform warehouse functions: picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work and shift duties.
• Inspire team to improve KPI performance using leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and tools to employees for their jobs.
• Promote health and safety within the warehouse.
• Handle daily paperwork (picking sheets, returns, BOLs).
• Submit daily reports and propose action plans to improve operations.
