The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, solid computer skills (SAP Business One, Excel), and the ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining high standards and smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or a supervisory role.
• Ability to assign tasks, manage employees, and maintain accountability.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Windows and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff and ensure timely, accurate completion.
• Supervise, motivate, and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and coordinate transfers from warehouse to retail locations.
• Assist with invoicing and correctly apply payments to orders.
• Maintain accurate records using SAP Business One, Excel, and other systems.
• Support efficient daily warehouse operations and resolve workflow issues.
