Wesco is seeking a Lead Associate in Operations at our Spokane distribution facility to oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping while assisting the Supervisor. You will help coordinate daily tasks, ensure workflow efficiency, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm. This role requires a High School diploma, 3 years of warehouse operations, 1–2 years in a leadership capacity, and forklift experience. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of warehouse operations experience.
• 1–2 years in a Senior Warehouse Associate role or similar.
• Forklift experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct the work of other associates as needed.
• Monitor workflow metrics and report to management.
• Perform daily safety walks and communicate findings to Supervisors.
• Review complex shipments before shipping and maintain quality.
• Update shipping charges and related documents.
