Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join the Starline Team in Canonsburg, PA. You will direct daily warehouse operations, mentor frontline staff, and maintain a safe, organized work environment while upholding 5S standards.

The role oversees order picking, inventory control, and the use of forklift and reach truck equipment. Shift is Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:00pm, with opportunities to train new employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1 year of Starline system knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a team; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to meet daily performance and quality goals.
• Ensure proper and efficient use of materials by staff.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Serve as the warehouse expert and liaise with management on direction and issues.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and support cycle-count accuracy with inventory control.
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, safe work environment.
• Operate or assist with material handling equipment as needed.
