Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator for 1st shift in Lancaster, PA. You will lead and support warehouse workflows, schedule work, and train associates while reporting to supervision.

Hours are 6:50am to 2:50pm, Monday through Friday, with pay of $19.45 per hour. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and adherence to quality standards; you will open/close the facility, monitor performance, and help maintain accurate logs.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months warehouse experience
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift-training program within 30 days preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
