Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year prior team lead experience preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred/advanced.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement for efficient operations.
• Perform warehouse tasks including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
• Allocate daily work duties and organize resources for smooth shift operations.
• Inspire team members toward KPI improvements using effective leadership.
• Provide orientation and tools to staff to perform their jobs.
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork and reports.
