Lead and coordinate daily warehouse tasks, drive safety, and oversee the team to ensure accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving while using RF scanners and MS Office tools. This role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year prior Team Lead experience preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• 1+ year prior warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience required
• Valid forklift operator's license certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement efforts for efficiency.
• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily duties for the team.
• Inspire team members to improve KPI performance.
• Provide orientation and supply tools to employees.
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Handle daily warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, bills of lading, etc.).
• Submit daily reports and propose actions to enhance operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
