Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a DC Supervisor to oversee the assigned warehouse department, directing two or more full-time associates and coordinating daily activities to meet production, quality, and customer service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, safety adherence, and the ability to manage inventory, shipping/receiving, and documentation while maintaining efficient operations and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of team lead experience, preferably warehouse experience.
• Must be able to obtain forklift license through Highline Warren Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily activities of the assigned warehouse.
• Safely operate forklift and equipment per OSHA.
• Monitor quality and productivity metrics of the department(s).
• Supervise storage, inventory, shipping/receiving, counts and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Ensure on-time production and resolve issues as they arise.
