Job summary

Stitch Fix in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a large hourly team in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. You will own daily workforce planning, coach staff, and partner with operations leadership to improve performance while embodying Stitch Fix’s culture. The role requires data-driven decision making, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with AI tools.

You will use dashboards to spot trends and drive improvements. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, with hours from 6:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a direct people leadership role.
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse/fulfillment environment.
• Ability to analyze data and drive execution and continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a large team of hourly employees to meet daily goals.
• Own daily workforce planning and execution using data to identify trends and gaps.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching for employee growth.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance tracking, and reporting with accuracy.
• Use AI tools and dashboards to analyze performance and improve decisions.
• Champion process improvements and drive efficiency across operations.
• Schedule & Availability: Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. with hours set by business needs.
