Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Jeffersonville, IN to manage daily warehouse operations and a small team. The role emphasizes safe forklift use, inventory accuracy, and coordination with shipping and receiving teams.

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with overtime and some weekends. DailyPay available; $19/hour. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate a forklift and use a computer to track inventory.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording materials.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations for a small team.
• Support shipping, receiving, storing, counting, packaging, and distribution of materials and merchandise.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials using forklifts and other equipment.
• Coordinate movement of supplies between departments and workstations.
• Verify materials against invoices and orders; maintain accurate records of inventory activity.
