Job summary

Taylor Warehousing & Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Worker I for our Jeffersonville, IN facility. You will perform general warehouse duties, receive and ship merchandise, and help maintain a safe, organized environment.

Typical shift is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with overtime and some weekends. Prior forklift experience is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Flexible to perform a variety of job assignments.
• Familiar with basic computer operations.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work as a team member and independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse housekeeping.
• Follow safety procedures when operating equipment.
• Receive, unpack, check, and store merchandise.
• Fill requisitions and orders.
• Pack, crate, and ship products to distribution centers or lines.
• May operate forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
