Job summary

Lineage in New York is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations on a Monday–Friday schedule, with a 12:00 pm–8:30 pm shift. You will coordinate tasks, ensure safety, quality and productivity, and work closely with operations leadership to meet service targets.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20°F to 100°F with PPE.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
• Manage warehouse associate duties including loading/unloading and forklift operation.
• Conduct and document daily inspections of equipment and inbound/outbound trailers.
• Check shipments for compliance and report any quantity or quality issues.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
