Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Associate in New York, NY to support all warehouse operations Monday through Friday, with shifts from 12pm to 8:30pm. You will plan and direct tasks, report damages, handle loading/unloading, and conduct daily inspections to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Collaboration with Traffic and Customer Service is essential to meet customer requirements. The role requires 3 years in a warehouse environment, ability to lift 40 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends

Formación

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Able to work in cold storage or dry storage environments with PPE.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action promptly.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading and forklift operation.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment and inbound/outbound trailers.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
