We are recruiting a Team Lead to oversee and lead tasks related to our distribution center fulfillment. This role involves assisting departmental supervisors and leading team members within our distribution center.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders, ensuring proper labeling and secure packaging.
- Order Fulfillment Management: Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Packaging and Labeling: Ensure all packages are correctly labeled and adhere to standards and carrier requirements.
- Kitting: Consolidate products and orders for mass kitting operations.
- Receiving and Unloading: Receive shipments, verify contents, and organize for storage, collaborating with the Receiving team.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members and support cross-departmental projects.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and report issues with warehouse equipment, ensuring safety and functionality.
- Safety & Quality: Follow safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a secure work environment.
- Training: Assist in training new associates as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with teams and escalate issues promptly.
- Process Knowledge: Be knowledgeable of job duties and work instructions.
- Cross-Functional Exposure: Understand other departments' functions and support related tasks.
- Team Flexibility: Adapt to shifting priorities and perform additional duties as required.

Minimum Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and 50-75 pounds occasionally
- Stand and walk for 8-10 hours, 5-6 days a week
- Work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to attendance policies
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers, including WMS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to obtain forklift certification post-hire
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a high-volume, team-lead role preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
