Job summary

Belron is hiring for a warehouse associate focused on glass order fulfillment. You will operate MHE equipment, including forklift, reach truck, and order picker, and use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.

You may occasionally drive and deliver automotive glass to store locations. The role requires 18+, valid driver’s license, MHE experience, and a strong safety mindset with PPE compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating MHE equipment (forklift, reach truck, order picker).
• Experience with handheld RF scanners is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Safety PPE and procedures must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE including forklift, reach truck and order picker, certified for heights up to 40 ft.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory, focusing on glass orders.
• May drive and deliver automotive glass and parts to store locations.
• Adhere to safety and PPE requirements.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand or forklift.
• Maintain a clean and secure work area.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Operate s and will be certified on all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including forklift s , reach truck s , and order picker s raised to heights of up to 40 feet.
• Utilize handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory; will focus primarily on picking glass orders .
• May o ccasionally drive and deliver automotive glass, accessories, and parts to store locations.
• Adhere to all safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand or forklift .
• Maintain a secure and clean work area.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Must be 18 years of age or older .
• Valid state-issued driver's license required and any other license(s) (as required by federal, state, and local laws) to operate a company vehicle; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR ).
• Experience with MHE equipment including order picker , forklift, and reach truck .
• Strong preference for candidates with order picker experience.
• To safely operate the order picker and comply with equipment manufacturer specifications and required safety regulations, there is a weight limit set at 300 pounds. If you are hired to operate this equipment, you will need to weigh under 300lbs.
• Strength to perform physical tasks involving repetitive moving or raising of objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.
