Responsibilities

• Assign work and monitor group activities to keep daily operations moving efficiently.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures.
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish (preferably), both verbally and in writing.
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies to prevent workflow interruptions.
• Handle inventory by monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation; assist with resolving problems to correct substandard performance and maximize productivity.

As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will have the support to excel and the resources to build your career. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, have strong leadership, a commitment to safety, and the ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead

Location: Brooklyn, OH

Pay Range: $21/hour

Shift: Sunday-Saturday 6am-2:30pm Off Tuesday & Wednesday
