Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Tasker to support the warehouse operations in Wilmer, Texas. The role focuses on expediting transactions through the warehouse management system and coordinating with carriers, supervisors, and warehouse staff.

The position runs on the Second Shift (3pm–11pm, Monday–Friday). Candidates should have at least 6 months of warehouse experience, familiarity with Manhattan WMS, RF scanners, and strong communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience.
• 0-1 years experience in data entry/dispatch preferred.
• Basic Excel proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate, pick, manifest, and close daily waves of orders.
• Monitor system screens to move workload through the WMS.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound carrier schedules and shipments.
• Generate and review system reports to evaluate shift progress.
• Communicate with carriers and IT teams to resolve issues.
