Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse IT support.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English fluently.
• 2nd shift availability: 11am-8pm, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Configures systems and necessary specifications addressing system requirements.
• Revises and tests system functionality to ensure data integrity and efficient processes.
• Documents testing and maintenance of system updates and configurations.
• Performs systems analysis, management and implementation projects.
• Works under deadlines to complete tasks and identifies process improvements.
• Translates user needs into functional requirements and reports.
• Analyzes data to support management decisions on system deployment.
• Trains team members on tasks and processes.
• Advises colleagues on analysis, configuration, or administration tasks.
• Ensures IT systems compliance and operational effectiveness at local facilities.
• Acts as technical contact for a facility and supports system administration.
• Supports accurate, timely shipment of orders and finished goods.
