Job summary

Responsibilities

• Document and report any system issues to management promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of warehouse management interfaces (RF, BICEPS, DCOPS) and related systems.
• Evaluate industry trends to maximize warehouse management system usage.
• Develop and implement slotting strategies for optimal space utilization.
• Serve as liaison with Corporate Distribution Systems to optimize processes.
• Direct the cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies in WMS data.
• Provide data analysis and reporting for forecasting and production activities.
• Create and deliver training to teams on procedures and techniques.
• Maintain cross-department communication to support efficient production.
• Oversee receiving operations for timely unloading and receipt of products.
• Manage system access and security for the WMS.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
