Job summary

ShipBob is hiring for a Warehouse Associate at our Riverside, CA hub. You will monitor inbound/receiving activities, load plans, and coordinate with on-site partners to maintain safe, efficient operations.

This role supports Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations and aligns with our growth and service goals. The ideal candidate has 1+ year warehouse experience, can lift 50 lbs, and communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without limitations.
• Stand and walk 8-10 hours per shift.
• Ability to work independently onsite.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Merchant Facing Requests around WRO and URO related issues.
• Work directly with onsite partners to resolve merchant concerns and escalations.
• Investigate WRO discrepancies reported by partner personnel and Merchant Care teams.
• Communicate updates and escalations to on-site Operations Manager and Regional Director.
• Visualize and plan loading, unloading trucks and containers with minimal supervision.
• Schedule daily loads with set carriers and manage hub movements within SLA.
• Update and manage all BOL requirements.
• Generate and log outbound shipments from the HUB to final destination.
• Check in/out drivers for all inbound/outbound activity.
• Log missed and confirmed appointments using NOVA and internal tools.
• Support operations and partner in Jira tickets and escalations.
• Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed safely with SOP adherence.

Compensation: $24.00 an hour

Role Description:

This is an important position that helps monitor inbound/receiving activities at our regional receiving HUBs. As ShipBob continues to grow, it is imperative to provide a great experience in serving our clients’ needs while maintaining sustainable growth and scalability from an operations perspective. This role reports to the Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations, who also serves as the backup for this role.

What you'll do:

• Resolve Merchant Facing Requests around WRO and URO related issues.


• Work directly with onsite partners to resolve merchant concerns and escalations.


• Investigate WRO discrepancies reported by the partner personnel and front line team members and Merchant Care teams.


• Communicate updates, issues, and escalations as well as relay operational information to on-site Operations Manager and Regional Director.


• Ability to visualize and conduct how to load, plan and offload trucks and containers with little to no supervision.


• Scheduling of daily loads through set carriers, going in and out of the HUB and delivering to spoke sites all within the expected SLA.


• Update and manage all BOL requirements.


• Generate and log all IPP Shipments going out of the HUB site to its final destination.


• Check in and check out drivers for all IB and OB activity coming in and out of the facility.


• Log all missed and confirmed appointments through internal reporting tools and appointment scheduling software NOVA.


• Support OM and partner in the promptly resolution of Jira tickets and Merchants Escalations.


• This role includes responsibility for ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality. Team members are expected to follow all standard operating procedures, report any concerns related to product condition or integrity, support traceability through accurate record-keeping, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.

What you'll bring to the table:

• 1+ years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.


• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
