Job summary

Zobility in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Warehouse support (Material handler/Inventory) to assist daily warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will receive, store, issue, and track materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and a safe, organized work environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations and experience using SAP and Microsoft Office. This contract role offers 1st and 2nd shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, warehouse operations, material handling, or inventory control.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management (counting, picking, storing, handling).
• Experience operating SAP or ERP/inventory systems and Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams.
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Issue materials to production work orders according to established procedures.
• Receive materials from suppliers and ensure proper documentation.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage locations to support efficient material flow.
• Pick, store, move, and handle materials safely and efficiently.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure all materials comply with established safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 5S principles.
• Follow company procedures, policies, and work instructions.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and material flow.
• Perform inventory and material transactions using SAP.
• Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams for daily communication and documentation.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and related material documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Experience with SAP inventory transactions.
• Knowledge of warehouse organization and material flow.
• Experience with 5S or continuous improvement initiatives.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely perform material handling activities.
