Job summary

SouthernCarlson is hiring a Delivery Driver who enjoys being on the road, interacting with customers, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This full-time role is based in LaVergne, TN, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and no weekend shifts.

You will safely operate a flatbed truck, deliver tools and materials to jobsites, and provide friendly service while aiding warehouse tasks. A valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to lift 50–75 lbs are required, forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1+ year of delivery experience preferred, especially in construction or industrial settings.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Forklift experience preferred (training available).
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flatbed truck.
• Deliver tools, fasteners, and materials to jobsites, warehouses, and residential customers.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery location.
• Assist with warehouse duties including picking, staging, receiving, stocking, and loading.
• Report vehicle, delivery, or route issues promptly.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
