Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Clerk in Hazelwood, Missouri. The role offers a second shift from 1:30pm to 10:30pm with weekly pay and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

As a Ryder Warehouse Associate, you will work in organized facilities, support distribution across the U.S., and help keep the supply chain safe. Prior clerical, warehouse, and forklift experience are preferred, with strong communication skills and teamwork emphasized.

• One year or more clerical or warehouse experience preferred.
• One year or more forklift experience preferred.
• One year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates activities with clerks from other floor areas, the customer and/or other suppliers as needed.
• Using the location's WMS system updates area or shift metrics as needed.
• Generates daily, weekly or monthly reports, memos, and summaries (often technical and confidential).
• Floor work and additional duties as assigned.
• Performs basic administrative tasks for area or shift; maintains filing systems.
• Gathers information from and provides to floor employees in area of support.
• Coordinates activities/meetings/communication for the specific area or shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned depending on area supported or location-specific.

• Hourly Pay $19.18 per hour
• Additional pay: $1.00 shift premium
• Schedule: Second shift- 1:30pm-10:30pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year or more clerical or warehouse experience preferred
• One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates customer service skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
