Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Support to help with daily warehouse and transportation tasks in Saint Cloud, MN. You will assist with parking and fueling trucks, cover routes when needed, and help ensure timely deliveries across branches.

Responsibilities include coordinating with warehouse staff, maintaining yard security, and stacking/sorting freight to keep operations smooth. The role requires a current driver’s license and the ability to work varied shifts.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Support role assists with daily operations by supporting both warehouse and transportation functions as needed. This position helps ensure efficient workflow by handling packages, assisting with route coverage when needed, parking vehicles, and fueling trucks.

Hours and Wages

• Monday-Friday, 5:00PM Start
• May be expected to cover variable shifts based on business needs
• Paid OT at time and a half after 40 hours per week
• $25.00-$31.75 per hour, based on experience
  • The posted pay range reflects the compensation range for this position. Starting pay will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity. Employees are generally hired below the maximum of the range to allow room for future compensation growth as they gain experience, develop their skills and demonstrate increased proficiency in the role. Compensation increases are based on applicable company policies, performance and individual development

Duties and Responsibilities

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to operate a manual transmission, or have the willingness to learn
• Ability to read labels at a fast pace and work independently

Education and Experience

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Hold a valid Driver's License with a good driving record which meets company standards
• 1+ year of experience in leadership and transportation industry preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to pass a DOT physical exam
• Ability to bend, lift, twist, carry, and slide freight weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work with all types to freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals
