Butler America Aerospace is seeking a Warehouse Support on 2nd shift in Colorado Springs, CO. You will perform routine inventory cycle counts, issue materials to production orders, and maintain storage locations to ensure smooth material flow.

Responsibilities include receiving materials, upholding 5S standards, and supporting continuous improvements in inventory processes. Candidates should lift up to 50 lb and work well both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse operation, or inventory control.
• Experience with inventory management: counting, picking, storing, handling material.
• Experience operating SAP system; proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb.
• Strong time management; able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Perform routine monthly inventory cycle count.

• Issue materials to production work orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory warehouse storage location and ensure an efficient material flow
• Ensure all material complies with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area to follow stand of 5s principles
• Receive material from suppliers
• Following through with procedure policies
• Assist with continuous improvement related to inventory and material flow.
• Perform all duties as assigned
• Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies

Qualifications

• 1 or 2 years of experience of manufacturing, warehouse operation, inventory control
• Basic skill of inventory management: counting, picking, storing, handling material
• Has experience of Microsoft office programs, and outlook/ teams.
