Position Title: Warehouse Supply Tech

Purpose & Scope:

The Warehouse Supply Tech, reporting to the Materials Manager and under the direction of the Director, Supply Chain Operations, is responsible for the timely and accurate receipt, unpacking, and restocking of supplies and small equipment for the assigned entity. The role includes receiving, unpacking, and putting away supplies for the institution, ensuring that the assigned areas have sufficient supplies to sustain operations until the next scheduled restocking. This involves accurate ordering for the next day’s delivery and managing secondary replenishment from the hospital’s central storeroom before completing the restocking process. The position also requires ensuring that all inventory management hardware and software functions properly on the assigned unit, and communicating or escalating clinical or administrative issues as needed.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience:

Experience in materials handling is preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

None required.
