Overview:

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily operations. This role is vital in managing our growing operation, providing front-line management, and developing ideas to improve productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 1-2 leads and 10-20 Warehouse Associates
• Approve timesheets accurately and promptly via Ceridian Dayforce
• Evaluate staff performance and write reviews
• Track attendance and implement corrective actions as needed
• Possess advanced knowledge of at least two departments and be accountable for them
• Prepare the shift by arriving early to receive pass-down from previous supervisors
• Communicate issues to relevant departments (Customer Support, Accounting, etc.) in a timely manner
• Ensure daily completion of 5S standards
• Use reports to assess and manage labor demands effectively

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, construction, or related fields
• OP and Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Positive attitude and leading by example
• Ability to apply core values to the operation
• Strong drive for continuous improvement
• Proven team management skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Sound judgment and conflict resolution abilities
