Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Milwaukee to manage the warehouse team and daily operations. You will oversee shipping, inventory control, security and safety, and ensure processes align with ISO standards and company policies.

Competitive base salary starting at $55,000 annually plus bonus eligibility. Typical schedule Monday–Friday, with flexibility for business needs.)

Qualifications

• Leadership and delegation skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding warehouse work.
• Knowledge of PPE and safety protocols in warehouse settings.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• 2+ years of supervisory, warehouse and logistics experience preferred.

Job description

Make a difference.
As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations. You will supervise the warehouse team, supervise implementation and maintenance of logistics processes, and oversee inventory management, security, and safety of the warehouse.
Work Shift And Hours

• Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm or depending on business and operational needs.
  

Compensation Details

• The expected base salary for this position is starting at $55,000 annually, more depending on experience and negotiations.
• This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.

In This Role You Will

• Supervise warehouse staff and designate daily work assignments
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipping activity, ensure customer service goals are attained
• Select routing for trucks and ensure loading operations are in compliance
• Maintain security of warehouse equipment and material
• Ensure all procedures are followed under ISO regulations and ensure employees are following safety rules

What You Bring To The Table

• Leadership skills including ability to delegate and prioritize
• Ability to safely perform physical activities associated with warehouse work
• Knowledge of proper use of PPE
• Experience using warehouse management systems
• 2+ years supervisory, warehouse and logistics experience preferred
• 4 year degree preferred
