Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a motivated Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to oversee peak-season operations in Kansas City, MO. You will supervise staff on the assigned shift, coach employees, and ensure safety, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment during the November 2026 to February 2027 window.

The role requires at least 3 years of warehouse leadership experience, the ability to work extended hours during peak season, and strong communication and coaching

Qualifications

• Ensure staff meet or exceed picking LPH (lines per hour) and daily/weekly order-picking KPIs.
• Conduct regular coaching, delivering both verbal and written corrective actions when necessary.
• Serve as a positive leader and role model, representing the agency’s values and fostering a productive team culture.
• Manage daily employee check-in and check-out of required tools and PPE.
• Oversee and enforce daily cleaning, housekeeping, and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support operational flow to ensure orders are completed on time.
• All other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations during peak shipping/distribution season. This role is responsible for managing staff on the assigned shift, ensuring productivity goals are met, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Seasonal Warehouse Manager will work closely with the shift lead to drive team performance, provide coaching, and support employees in achieving warehouse KPIs.

Peak season: November 2026 - February 2027

Hours/Schedule:

Mon-Fri 8am-430pm (or completion)

Starting Nov. 30th - 6am-230pm (or completion)
