The Warehouse Supervisor in a manufacturing organization directs the activities of employees engaged in Receiving and Warehouse. The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor also ensures the safety of workers in the organization by setting safety policies for the department.

Qualifications

• 7 years of warehouse experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to insure production efficiencies.
• Manage employees hours to insure minimal overtime.
• Conduct annual performance reviews.
• Train employees in fundamentals of production and cross-train staff.
• Assign tasks and projects to Group Leads.
• Insure in meeting the production schedule.
• Maintain work area, equipment and supplies in a near, safe and ordering condition.
• Report any problems or difficulties to the Operations Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must meet attendance and punctuality requirements for position.
